Kamakura
Weil heute so schönes Wetter ist, sind wir kurz entschlossen nach Kamakura gefahren. Dort sind wir als erstes zum Zeniarai Benten Schrein spaziert, um unser Geld zu vermehren. Die Idee, dass das Waschen von Geld, dieses vermehren könnte, ist eine alte Tradition an diesem Ort. Geldwäsche ist hier also lustigerweise völlig legal und wird von vielen praktiziert, da frag ich mich, ob Al Capone mal in Japan war. Ich hab auf den Rat eines netten Japaners meine gesamte Geldbörse in eine Tüte gepackt, sie der Zeremonie unterzogen und hoffe, dass an der Idee was dran ist. Das gesamte Gelände des Schreins liegt verborgen in Felsen und man betritt es durch einen kleinen Tunnel. Der Ausflug dorthin fand seine Krönung in der Begegnung mit einem kecken rizu = Eichhörnchen. Der daibutsu = grosse Buddha, der etwa eine halben Stunde entfernt liegt, ist wirklich ziemlich gross und man kann ihn von innen besichtigen.
